Cost
The fee for camp is all-inclusive, covering daily meals, sleeping accommodations, programs for children and teens, scholar-in-residence program for adults, worship services, and use of the camp’s recreational facilities.
The 2024 cost for the weekend is:

We require a deposit of $100 per person with your registration. (Deposit is nonrefundable unless WE cancel camp.) Registration and deposit must be received no later than June 1, 2024.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation must be submitted either via e-mail, or in writing and mailed to:

- The $100 per person deposit is NOT refundable.
- You will receive a full refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancellation before August 1, 2024.
- You will receive a 50% refund, less deposit, if we receive your written notice of cancellation between August 1 and August 15, 2024.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 15, 2024.
